Since 2001 it is demanded in Poland that large institutions have to declare insurance fees electronically. For this purpose our company designed and implemented dispersed system for Silesian University of Technology. The given software is maintained by Linux server and operators work using internet viewers.

The given system implemented in more than 200 departments registers all employment contracts concluded and based on a designed algorhythm renders a file ready to send. The system is fitted out with a declaration control function considerably reducing quantity of improvement requests.
